These Terms govern your use of NativeTravel. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The storefront carries the “Visit Almaty” brand under licence from its owner (ТОО «Бюро по туризму Алматы (Almaty Tourism Bureau)», БИН 120440000454). The service is provided and maintained by ТОО «Turismo», and your agreement to use the service is with that company. Your account belongs to the platform: a change or an end to the partnership with the city does not by itself end your access to the account or to bookings already made.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.
Do not misuse the platform: no unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful content; no attempts to breach security, scrape at scale, or disrupt the service; no impersonation. We may suspend or remove accounts and content that violate these Terms.
You keep ownership of the content you create and grant us the licence needed to host and display it within the service. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of what you publish (listings, reviews, images, and offerings).
NativeTravel connects travellers with local providers. The business is the seller: it sets the price and is responsible for the offering, its fulfilment and the fiscal receipt. The platform acts as a technology intermediary and agent and keeps a commission on completed transactions. During this limited launch online payment may be switched off — a booking is then confirmed without prepayment and paid on the spot.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during this early phase. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms and will note the date above. You may close your account at any time; we may suspend access for violations. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
